ARTIST ADVANCE FORM
In order to prepare for your arrival and artist packets for box office please fill out this quick form with all your information. We need all forms by Monday June 5th.
Very soon you will be receiving a separate e-mail from your stage manager to begin the production advance process. In the meantime if there is any question that we may not have the most recent version of your tech rider, please submit it to the appropriate stage manager and CC Production Manager Keith LeWinter, and Artist Relations Manager Jeni Rose. If you are contracted for backline this must be coordinated with your stage manager since we will be ordering based on your advance, and not solely on your rider. If you have any questions about production please wait until after you have received the advance letter from your stage manager, and then we will be more than happy to address your needs.
ARTIST CAMPING AND PARKING POLICY
There will be a designated Artist Camping area located behind the Main Stage with gear storage, charging stations, and water from Thursday June 15th to Monday June 19th. Showers will be available at our West Campground host (adjacent to Artist Camp) for $5 to anyone with an artist wristband. Onsite festival transportation will be available from Artist Camping to your stage on days you preform only and to assist with gear.
Each traveling artist will receive ONE ARTIST parking pass for the festival that will allow you to park your vehicle near the artist camping area (located behind the Main Stage). Any additional artist/guest vehicles must pre-purchase a WEST CAR PARKING or WEST CARPOOL PARKING PASS via our website. PLEASE ADVANCE ANY LARGE VEHICLES OR RVs.
ARTIST CHECK IN HOURS
All artists and artist guests will pick up their wristbands and parking passes at the Artist Check In which is located through the main festival entrance (DIRECTIONS). Everyone checking in will need to provide their ID to redeem tickets.

Friday, June 16: 10:00am – Midnight
Saturday, June 17: 10:00am – 10:00pm

Please refer to your signed contract or offer sheet for guest list allotment. All guest list submissions will go through an approval process, so please do NOT assume that everyone on your list will receive a festival ticket- Guest list request are due by WEDNESDAY JUNE 7TH! Guests will pick up their passes in the Artist Check In during above hours and please note that artist guess passes do NOT come with parking or RV passes and will have to be pre-purchased before coming to the festival. Artist guests will be allowed to enter the festival starting Thursday June 15 and your guest pass will be allowed to camp with you in Artist Camping.
(Hint: Please make sure you put your band and crew list on the Artist Advance Form, this is for guest requests only)
HOSPITALITY & MEALS
There will be shared artist dressing rooms behind each stage with festival hospitality (drinks, snacks, and beer). Please bring your own water bottles to help support our greening efforts and reduce the festival’s waste.
Each artist will receive one artist meal voucher redeemable at any onsite food vendor throughout the duration of the festival. Your voucher(s) will be at the Artist Relations Office (a.k.a. SHARK TANK) located behind the Effin Stage. If your band/group has more than one member, your meal vouchers will be all together in your advance contact/TMs envelope.
This year we will be offering an Artist Happy Hour backstage of the Effin stage daily (Fri-Sun) from 5:00pm-7:00pm. We will be serving premixed cocktails, beer, and snacks and all artists are welcome to join!
Artists may settle in the Artist Relations office (a.k.a. SHARK TANK) behind the Effin Stage- anytime between 9AM-2AM daily, and Monday 9am-12pm. No artist settlements will be outside of these hours so please make arrangements with Jeni Rose if these times won’t work for you (Artists are welcome to settle before their set if needed). If you are requesting cash, please request via email to Jeni Rose by Monday June 5th.
